New Jersey Package offers industrial containers including IBC totes, gaylord boxes, and pallets for sale. We also provide repair, recycling, and transport services. All products and services are subject to availability.

Pricing and Payment

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time as specified
  • Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of purchase
  • All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing

Product Condition

Used containers are sold "as-is" based on their graded condition. While we inspect and clean containers before sale, normal wear consistent with previous use should be expected. New containers come with manufacturer warranties as applicable.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the specified location or upon pickup from our facility. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Jersey Package shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of New Jersey Package and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
