QWhat are your delivery hours?
Standard deliveries are made Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm. Early morning, evening, and Saturday deliveries are available for an additional fee. We can accommodate most scheduling needs with advance notice.
QDo you offer liftgate service?
Yes! Liftgate service is available on our box truck deliveries for locations without loading docks. This is ideal for small businesses, residential locations, or sites with limited equipment. Additional fee applies.
QCan you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes, we can deliver to residential addresses using our box trucks with liftgate. Please ensure you have adequate space for the delivery and someone available to receive the order.
QWhat if I need to change my delivery date?
We understand plans change. You can reschedule your delivery up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Same-day changes may incur a rebooking fee depending on circumstances.
QDo you provide delivery confirmation?
Yes, every delivery includes proof of delivery (POD) with signature, date, time, and photo documentation. This is emailed to you within hours of delivery completion.
QWhat areas do you deliver to?
We cover all of New Jersey with same-day capability, plus NY, PA, CT, and DE with 1-2 day delivery. Extended service to other states is available for larger orders. Contact us for specific locations.
